Standard Home Inspections and More in Colorado Spring, Colorado
Every dwelling requires inspection to determine if it’s safely habitable, but what exactly does that mean? Home inspections are non-invasive visual examinations of accessible areas of your residence to identify any potential defects in its systems. These are suggested prior to buying or selling a house, as well as annually for upkeep. You’ll be able to rely on us for home inspection services such as:
Standard Home Inspection
A Standard Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property that our client is thinking about purchasing. The client will receive a written report of defects within specific systems and components, defined by Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. Inspection reports may include additional comments and recommendations. Home Check-Up Inc. follows InterNACHI's Standards of Practice.
Pre-listing Seller's Inspection
A Pre-listing Seller's Inspection is the same inspection as a Standard Home Inspection, except it is done for the sellers of the house instead of the buyers. It lets the seller know what type of condition the house is in and allows the seller the option to fix any issues before listing the property.
Annual Home Maintenance Check-Up
An Annual Home Maintenance Check-Up is a home inspection that we would perform on a home yearly after we have completed a Standard Home Inspection or a Pre-listing Seller's Inspection.
